Rules to follow for data recovery

Data loss could throw your entire business to risk if you have not created an efficient and proper backup of your data. Business or personal data stored on your computer is very often lost due to big or small disasters. There are many reasons that are responsible for data loss including power surges or outages, computer crashes, spy ware, virus developed to wipe the whole hard drive, natural disaster such as floods and tsunamis. 1. If you suspect that data loss is occurred, just plug out your system. Never shut down the system properly after data loss occurred; because it may cause more damaged of your data and can make it irrecoverable.
2. Don’t try and copy any files from or to your hard drive. It may overwrite the deleted data and may cause permanent data loss.
3. Never connect or surf the Internet until the lost data has been recovered.
4. Try and free space on affected hard drive by emptying the recycle bin and browser the cache.
5. If data is lost due to the hard drive crash, never try to open it yourself.
6. If you have backup of your data, then attach your system with other healthy system and use it for recovery.
7. Call a data recovery expert. In a disaster do not apply any data recovery by yourself. Tell the expert about the important files required to recover.
8. Once the files have been recovered, check them and take a backup of these files on CD, Pen drive or other storage media.
These are some basic rules to follow after data loss placed. By following these rules, you can recover your data in general data loss and can prevent further damage of your data. If you failed to recover data using these rules, then you can use data recovery systems.

They have proper environment and accessories to repair you crashed drive.
